Canada Day 1 - Three's Company

Sweater: Charlotte Russe   Leather Shorts: Romeo and Juliet Couture via Saks Fifth Avenue (similar here)   Flats: FOSSIL via DSW (similar here)

Hi everybody!

I am so enjoying Canada! The food, festivals, and fun all amount to the great time I'm having!

I started off my day of exploring Old Montreal, visiting the gorgeous Notre Dame. This church is breathtaking. I actually had to sit down when I walked in just to take in the beauty. The altar is majestic, the blue lighting is marvelous, and the grand ceilings are remarkable.

After, I walked through the Parisian-like streets, passing by the quaint restaurants with rich smells of Canadian dishes. While walking through the cobblestone streets, I went to the Jazz Festival (a well-known festival celebrating jazz music with a live band and food). The live band pumped up the crowd and the food tents attracted many foodies. I danced and sang to the music and had a great time.

What a day! Visit tomorrow for more on my Canadian adventure!

Railroad Runway

Dress: RED via Saks Fifth Avenue   Heels: Christian Louboutin   Bracelets: White House Black Market

Hi everybody!

While on the road, I saw this railroad and had to stop by to take photos. The rustic and antique look of the trains and train tracks juxtaposes the mod dress. And the lines on the dress correlates with the pattern of the train tracks. I absolutely love this dress; it's fierce and trendy. Black and white, geometric patterns, and bold stripes are some of the trends evident in this beautiful dress. Whether out to dinner or at a party, this dress is sure to wow.

Summer Eyelet

Top: Kensie   Shorts: French Connection   Sandals: Dolce Vita via DSW (similar here)   Bag: Nine West   Bangle: Gifted   Ring: Target

Hi everybody!

The eyelet pattern is light and sweet for the Summer season. Whether taking a walk in the park or eating lunch outdoors, this pattern is key to help let your skin breathe under the warm rays of the sun. I recently wore these elderberry colored shorts in a post (see here), and can't get enough of these stylish shorts. They're comfortable, versatile, and so chic. Whether dressed up or down these shorts are definitely a great piece in any outfit. Pairing them with a cute white circle bag and silver sandals completes this Summer ensemble.

Edgy Chic

Skirt: Vince Camuto   T-Shirt: GAP   Leather Jacket: Express   Heels: Christian Louboutin

Hi everybody!

Greetings from New York City! I just arrived and am staying here for a few days before driving up to Canada. I'm so excited for this relaxing vacation in these two beautiful locations!

This outfit has a great balance between sophistication and edginess. There's the Vince Camuto leather skirt that is classy with a touch of edge, and the simple tee that helps keep the focus on the beautiful design of the skirt. With an added leather jacket and mesh heels that correlate with the design of the skirt, this look is complete.

Beach Necessities

Tote: Target   Baseball Hat: Target   Sandals: Target

Tote: Target   Bikini top: Target   Bikin Bottom: Target   Sunnies: Ann Taylor

Beach mat: Target   Tote: Target   Hat: Target   Sunnies: Steve Madden   Flip flops: Roxy via DSW   Necklace: Made by Deb F.   Bracelet: American Eagle   Speakers: Jambox via Jawbone

Tote: Target   Basket: Target   Scrabble Flash: Walmart   Sunnies: Steve Madden   Swimsuit: Target   Towel: Target

Hi everybody!

When I think of Summer time, the beach and the pool always cross my mind. And with all the cute beach must-haves at Target, I decided to create a post on the beach accessories I love.

1st photo: The multicolored tote is very trendy, featuring Spring and Summer's hottest colors and the ontrend global print. It is also large enough to fit those beach towels and other items one brings to the beach.
These sandals exactly match the tote and are comfortable and stylish for the sandy beach.
This fashionable baseball hat is great for shielding one's eyes from the Sun, and wonderful for keeping everyone else's eyes on your cute hat.

2nd photo: The next tote displays the ideal beach pattern: nautical. It has a very cute style and yet again, is large enough to fit all those beach necessities. A cute swimsuit is a key piece when going to the beach, and this patriotic English bathing suit sure does the trick. And towels and sunnies are always needed for a beach trip.

3rd photo: This beach mat is an ideal item because it is comfy, has a built in pillow, easy to store, and so cute. The graphic tote is a fun take on the classic beach tote, and I love this stereo one. A nice hat, a portable stereo to listen to music, sunnies, flip flops, and beach inspired accessories are all great to bring to the shore.

4th photo: This beach tote has a vibrant cobalt blue color that will even make the gorgeous blue ocean feel jealous. A towel to match your tote is always a nice detail that doesn't go unnoticed. A basket for tasty snacks is key, and this basket even carries a cooler, utensils, and plates to make it easy on the beachgoer. And a fun travel game is always great while relaxing by the shore.

Parisian Pop

Top: Charlotte Russe   Skirt: Kate Spade   Heels: Zara (similar here)   Earrings: Forever XXI   Lipstick: Ruby Woo by MAC

Hi everybody!

While discovering all the wonders of photoshop, I decided on making a post that would incorporate black and white with a pop of color, and this is the result. The background of the pictures is all black and white, so the outfit stands out more and shows the beautiful Parisian style. The red lipstick is the final pop of color in this black and white look and photo. All in all, I feel like I stepped into an old Parisian cafe with this lovely outfit and photos.

Cotton Candy

Top: H&M   Pants: Theory   Sandals: Jimmy Choo   Pearl Earrings: Target   Hair styled with InStyler

Hi everybody!

Summer reminds me of younger days when I was a regular at the local fair, sharing cotton candy with my family members and friends. I would be so excited to stand at the cotton candy line, anticipating the fun flavors of the blue and pink swirled candy. I might just say that my only motive for going to the fair was to eat that delicious cotton candy. So, this outfit today reminds me of the cotton candy colors. The pastels in this outfit work together so well, just like the colors on the cotton candy. This sophisticated version of my favorite sweet is paired with my Jimmy Choo sandals and pearl accessories.

Boho

Dress: Max Studio  Wedges: Dior   Sunnies: Steve Madden   Bangles: Tj Maxx  Ring: Vintage

Hi everybody!

One of my favorite Summer go-to styles is bohemian. I love the easiness of it and the light-weight materials used. This dress is especially boho because of the way it is made and how it looks.  The material, pattern, and style all contribute to the boho style. With black wedges, sunnies, and accessories this gorgeous look is complete.

(Knot)ical

Dress: Tommy Hilfiger via Macy's (in a different pattern here)  Tote: Tommy Hilfiger   Pumps: Aldo (similar here)   Bracelets: Target

Hi everybody!

A shirt dress is a great way to beat the heat in style this Summer. And this one is especially cute, with its nautical colors and knot patterns. I recently featured this gorgeous tote with a green/blue maxi dress (see post here). Now, I am pairing it with this vacation-worthy dress here. This tote is amazing for those Summer outfits and Summer days. With my brown pumps, which correlate with the handles on the tote, and beaded bracelets, I am ready to enjoy the Summer heat.
